Build Your Dream House Now
From the beginning, Union Park has been carefully planned, from our stellar location in Little Elm (near Lewisville Lake) to our award-winning lifestyle program, pools, playgrounds, and 30-acre Central Park, and of course, our 3,400 new home residential lots. Our success, fueled by happy neighbors and great word-of-mouth, is wonderful in its own right. But it also means that if you are thinking about building in Union Park, it’s time to act. (And Union Park residents, if you’d like friends or family to move to your neighborhood, please pass this information along!)
Right now, we still have home sites available in multiple phases. In these sections, you can buy a move-in ready home or build your own.
Phase 6A – Little Elm New Construction Homes on 40’ Lots
Phase 6A, in the northeast corner of Union Park, features 40‘ lots surrounded by greenspace and homes from two of our outstanding builders. But hurry–this section is nearly sold out!
Known for nine generations worth of quality, Beazer Homes also offers Choice Plans™, flexible floor plans at no additional cost, and Mortgage Choice, which allows you to choose from several lenders. Beazer has both quick move-in homes and building sites in section 6A with three bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, and two garage spaces.
Offering luxury standard features like granite countertops and smart home packages, Bloomfield is also known for attention to architectural detail, like rotunda entryways and large front and rear porches. Bloomfield builds homes in a wide variety of designs and sizes in section 6A. Buyers can select from floor plans that have three or more bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, two garage spaces, and anywhere from 1,500 to 3,700 square feet of living space.

Phase 6B Homes – More Ready-to-Build Homes in Little Elm
Phase 6B places you right in the middle of the community, within walking distance of the elementary school, Del Webb Active living community (in case your kids want to walk to Grandma’s), Bark Park, and Fitness Park. Phase 6B also offers homes by two of our distinguished builders:
Bloomfield offers one- and two-story homes on 55’ lots in phase 6B. These homes are similarly sized to the homes available in phase 6A, offering one- and two-story floor plans with three bedrooms or more, two or more bathrooms, two-car garages, and 1,500 to 3,700 square feet.
Open concept floor plans, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances—these are just some of the standard upscale design features you’ll find in D.R. Horton homes. Building on 50’ homesites, D.R. Horton offers homes from 1,765 to 2,720 sq. ft. and have three+ bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
Phase 6C – New Construction Homes Near Popular Amenities
Phase 6C, in close proximity to our most popular parks, recently became available. This section has both building sites and move-in ready homes available from American Legend Homes.
American Legend Homes
Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, American Legend Homes lets you tailor your home with options like three-car garages, media rooms, and additional bedrooms. Building on 50’ lots in section 6C, American Legend has both one- and two-story move-in ready homes available, as well as ready-to-build floor plans for homes from 1,800 to approximately 2,800 square feet. Buyers can select layouts with three or four bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, and two-car garages.
Phase 7 – New Homes Close to Bark Park
Phase 7 is just to the west of Phase 6B and located near our expansive dog park, and boasts houses on 50’ and 60’ lots by Tri Pointe Homes.
Design driven and customer-centric, Tri Pointe professionals are local specialists on a national scale, who build community using environmentally responsible business practices. They offer a variety of home sizes in phase 7, ranging from 1,250 to 3,187 square feet.
Phase 9 – New Construction Homes at the Center of the Community
Homes in our newest section, phase 9, are convenient to Union Park Elementary School, the Denton ISD school that’s right in our community, as well as Fitness Park, one of our most popular amenities.
Phase 9, our new 40’ garden collection homes, are offered by Tri Pointe Homes and can be built in one- or two-story designs with three or four bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, and two-car garages. The homes in this section will be placed on their lots with staggered garage setbacks for courtyard living and added curb appeal. Models are under construction now!
New Retail in the Neighborhood
Once you move into Union Park, you may never want to leave the neighborhood. Fortunately, you can already get much of what you need within the community or very close by. Plus, the surrounding area has some new businesses slated to move in soon to add even more convenience!
New retail, restaurants, and possibly a grocery store will be coming to the available commercial spaces on University Drive near Navo Road in the coming months.
