Over the past decade, she has led diverse property portfolios and guided high-performing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for the communities they serve. She is passionate about creating organizations where people love where they live and love where they work, ensuring operational excellence while honoring the human side of property management. She holds Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations.

Kenneth Agnew brings 15+ years of experience from the hotel and restaurant industry, working for Kimpton, Hilton, and Wyndham hotel brands. His recent roles as General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel Restaurant and Project Manager for Mallard Group give him a unique perspective on service, hospitality, and completion of task-oriented projects. Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management and is excited to meet the residents of Union Park.

Tori Knowlton brings experience in community engagement, client services, and communications. Most recently, she spent four years serving first responders, managing thousands of client relationships, and supporting national conferences and charity golf tournaments. Alongside this, she has worked in roles spanning youth events and luxury weddings, where she coordinated with planners and vendors to ensure seamless events. Tori has also managed marketing and social media for nonprofit, retail, and LLC organizations. She is passionate about connecting people and creating spaces where others feel seen and valued and is excited to bring that energy to Union Park.
